    Not necessarily. It is possible some  section in your roof is loose, or the damage occurred in one place. We will conduct thorough research before suggesting repair options.

  • How long can I expect my roof system to last?

    A roof system depends on the material installed. There are several types of material its life span ranges from 15 to 50 years.

    The installation counts a lot for the roof life. If your roof was installed by certified professionals, its useful life will be 100%. If a roof system is not installed according to the safety codes of each county its useful life is reduced by 25% to 50%.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

    Depending on your insurance many insurances do not cover the roof.

  • When is the best time to repair the roof?

    If your roof is more than 20 years old, if you plan to sell your house, if you have leaks.

    The second option is recommended to grow your home value. Request a certified inspection before making any step.

Highly recommend Javier and Islas Roofing! We had a carport that was leaking and wanted to have it replaced before the rain started again and Javier came out to provide a quote. We discussed the options and after getting quotes for two different materials we went with the TPO membrane for the carport. Javier and his team replaced the plywood that was rotting and installed the new TPO and drip edge. Javier went above and beyond also clearing our house roof and gutters of tree debris. Javier and his team are very professional, fair pricing, and punctual, we will be using them again!
